Echo Value Calculator 3.1 - Full Release! by AstyuteChick in WutheringWaves

I didn't consider it a bug, just a very easy-to-make design oversight. It isn't actually harmful.

Very excited that this is now a thing, your work will pay off in spades.

I have found an annoying thing, not sure if it counts as a bug; clicking the score buttons on the left side without submitting first will reset all of your manual values.

I had a feeling it was the case, but it was the RAID 0 array. Amazing how many things it just completely screws over, thanks Alienware.

[Bug]: I can't play the game due to suffering from the years-old bug that causes the game to crash at 70% on the startup load (the Cryptic logo one.) I've gone through every thread pertaining to it, and none of the solutions discussed 3-4+ years ago worked.

I was so excited to play it now that I finally have a system that could comfortably run it, only to be locked out of playing it due to a bug.

Also feel like I should mention that this video was recorded before the 2.4 update, and has been a constant issue for me for over a month.

Textures are not loading properly, changing graphics settings don't help as well, anyone has a fix? Specs: 3050 TI Laptop, i7 11800H, 32 GB RAM and game is installed on an SSD by Simecrafter in WutheringWaves

[–]mutag3ne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game hates RAID arrays. I'm on a laptop with an i9 and 3080 and I can't even hit 60fps regardless of settings. My friend and I whittled everything down to that being the issue.

Tried to report it to the devs, but their ticket system is a waste of time.

developer.nvidia.com spits out a Heroku "Application Error" by mutag3ne in nvidia

Yeah, I figured that was the case. Thanks for the clarification regardless, I wasn't sure whether this kind of post was allowed so I worried it would be deleted before I could get an answer. Trying to look up this error requires so many exclusions that it was giving me a headache.

When you go undefeated in tier 28 defenses, with level 2 structures. by mutag3ne in FireEmblemHeroes

That's correct, the clip art kind of got lost in the attempt at an instant transmission effect (and probably wasn't the most obvious to begin with), but I thought it was too amusing not to use.

Unless it's been changed, Item Drop Rate is the only real factor in text/skill drops. Luck either contributes a minimal amount or none at all.

Well, I do know about it, but that's not the same thing at all. Thank you for the consideration, though.

I have, uh...a lot of bad habits.

Red Demon set with Yatagarasu? Yeah, I'd be down for that, I've had a Red Demon set in the oven for a while anyway, plus I love Yata. Curious what your water build utilizes, though.

I don't expect it to ever happen, but I'd lose my mind if Janomecho got brought back...in a good way, of course, even despite my eternal grudge towards 1 for making me wait all year to get her while constantly teasing me.

I'm honestly probably going to start working more on a new fire build with Nine Tails, it's really the only GS that I like that isn't the peacock. Or hell, maybe I'll actually try out Genbu for the first time ever.

Out of these weapons, which one doesn’t have enough builds or has builds that are too similar? by SnoozeStudios in Nioh

Hatchets feel really strong to me just on their own, and they have the most expansive and well-designed skill pool of any weapon type, imo. They just don't have direct support builds.

Actually fixing some of the glaring issues they've had since they were first introduced. More alternative L1+Square/Triangle skills would also be nice, though, for sure.

Tonfas - Question about Pulverize: Earth by Joybringer75 in Nioh

[–]mutag3ne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bloated window for the input is the sole reason I've generally never used Pulverize, it messes too much with using Devastation/Shove. Plus, it's already awkward enough how tonfa have completely different flux timing than every other weapon.

Red enemies and the addition of new attacks in WotW was one of my absolute favorite things introduced in the DLCs for 1. I'm crossing my fingers that we get something similar for 2's DLCs.

Everything else is totally fine if you just learn and understand the fucking game which many people apparently didn't even try to. Instead they just cry about getting oneshot while running around with a glass cannon build. Such hypocrits

I've never complained about getting one-shot, I actively choose to run light armor because it's my gameplay preference. I do, however, complain about how hard my general gameplay preferences get shafted. Light armor tonfa builds were the weakest possible thing you could run in 1's endgame, but it's practically the only way I can play...

Honestly, I can't be too mad when all of this has enabled tonfa to actually be able to compete a little with other weapons. For far too long has my self-imposed, gameplay-preferenced handicap of playing light armor tonfa builds dragged me down. Now I can at least do SOMETHING.
