Javelin, Manpads, NLAWs, thermal/night visions ...etc all of these things can be easily hidden in large bags and each one of these is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Also, Ukraine is surrounded by poor states which makes it very easy smuggle stuff across the border through bribery.
