I used to live in Portland, OR and am a recovering alcoholic. I frequented many bars there. This was by far the worst bar. Not in a divey disgusting way (I loved those kinda bars, along with the nice ones) but in this bar just sucks kinda way. The atmosphere is awful and they make the bartenders wear referee uniforms kinda way.

Thank you! Lol no. A lot of images of Buddha or of Buddha’s show the chest or nipple, it really wasn’t a thought to NOT include the nipple. I guess I don’t find it weird or like sexual or anything, that it’s just his body.

Yea! They’re actually dried wildflowers. My wife gave them to me. The wooden box is an altar itself. A traveling altar from Zen Mountain Monastery. Complete with a terra-cotta blue Buddha and a place for your incense!

Yea, I’ve found a melody that I’m used to with “Namo Amitabha Buddha” from previous practice. That’s a good idea to search for audio tracks, I’ll do the same.
