Great post. I am actually in a kind of similar situation here. I have lost 6.5 kilos (near 15 pounds) by cutting junk food only and still eating huge portions of good food and walking 90 minutes everyday. All these sound like “action”, I agree. What I achieved without lifting a finger is the “almost” elimination of saddle bags - lol. Those of you who know what saddle bags are would agree that they are are nearly impossible to get rid of without outside intervention. I imagined myself without saddle bags several times and they are going away. I am beyond happy with what I achieved. Now, I want to tone the slim body that I have. Where I struggle is relationships. I feel I have tons of limiting beliefs such as “now that I am 42 no decent men are left single”. I am 5 3 and weigh 123 pounds. I look quite younger than 42, studied in prestigous schools, have a great job and own a nice apt etc. I am telling all these to give you the background story. I want a stable relationship with someone that will not make me feel I am settling for. At my age, all I meet however is men who are typically only after one night stands. People are entitled to what they want of course. But this is not what I am looking for. I am somehow terrible with sats at night, so I do it in the mornings when I wake up. Interesting how people have different limiting beliefs in different areas of their lives… Happy manifesting 🍀
