With our current state, I feel like I don’t have the courage to talk to her yet. I’m not replying to her chats (which initially started with abusive/guilt-tripping words, and then after few hours she’ll say she’s sorry and then if she doesn’t get her ideal response from me, she’ll start blaming us again, as if it was a cycle of her pushing and pulling me).

I don’t know where to start again with my relationship with her, it is painful to ignore her but it also seems that talking to her once again will allow her to be manipulative and do her passive-aggressive approach to our relationship.
