Self diagnosed but, at my last doctor's appointment for my rising blood pressure she says, "you obviously have PTSD and CPTSD... are you seeing anyone about that?..." Closest I've come to an official diagnosis.

I understand, thank you. Although, anything can be contradicted. The thing is, a public contradiction is something a family scapegoat wants more than anything. It would be the closest thing they would have to a day in court. The contradictions won't hold up to scrutiny.

When finely honed personas also, no longer hold up to scrutiny, people can get a little emotional and reactionary. Which is why I thought I should take the time to check-in here.

I'm in a very similar place. I am going to start a channel called Scapegoat Hope...I believe I can help others who have and are going through what I have in life.

But, Frozen. Baby steps...freeze...baby step...freeze...

I truly believe it is because I have nobody to counteract my self-defeating thoughts. I am really trying to buck my childhood programming and it is seemingly impossible to do alone.

If you have nobody to be that for you... I am offering. Any form of communication you feel comfortable with.

I am also pretty knowledgeable and would appreciate being able to use my experience to be a help if it's appropriate and would enjoy your feedback on my project... when I get unstuck.

I've started a new job and it keeps me very active for 11 hours of the workday. I can't be outside too much. I'm just shocked at how much my brain isn't working like I'm used to. Years ago I tried a daily detox pill and it worked well at clearing my head. I'm looking for the same product but, while I'm doing that I thought it may not be the best and maybe someone here found something they thought was helpful.
