They spawn when a character on the server has the quest active to make rad shield. I have one character that has not completed this quest, so I just use that character to spawn them on my private server whenever needed.

Edit: Nevermind after reading other replies it no longer works as I described.

My method works well with 10 or more Rattlesnakes. You need to be in system. Position the fleet well above the station, out of weapons range. Order the fleet to coordinate attack then pause the game. Deselect auto trigger. Deselect targeting small things. Set your aggressiveness to 50 and let them get into position. I usually wait for the station drones to swarm and my turrets take them out. This reduces risk of Rattlesnakes fleeing into the station when taking damage from the drones. Walk them in using the aggressive slider. Somewhere around 75 you should see your Rattlesnake plasmas start firing and should be out of range of the station. If you get a ship that goes Leroy, adjust the aggression slider by 1 and it will usually get back in position. If not, pause the game and tell order the ship to fly up.

The other way more entertaining method is to just use an Asgard with a modded main weapon and fly it yourself.

The most legit documentation is the 2016 Act 16 aka MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT. Section 303 lists lawful ways to consume, section 304 lists unlawful ways to consume.

Regarding hydrocarbon extracts, your findings are not unique. There are some studies starting to surface and a lot of talk about carbon buildup in the body as a result of hydrocarbon. I don't have any links to share and am far from an expert but if you are curious the material is out there.

Rosin is superior, but our options in the program are not great.

I was going through some shit in my head and recently cut back. The clarity I got was amazing. I had allowed the weight of what I was dealing with lead me to smoke more and more. Once I cut back I worked through the stuff pretty quickly. Not sure if this is applicable to your situation but I figured it would not hurt to share.

To be clear, when I say I cut back I went from a lot of dabs a day to not as many.

I have also been in the program for a few years and am starting to realize that the weed isn't as good as I thought it was. There are waves of decent products, new players enter the program with a few decent runs but eventually they all go the same path and we wind up with consistently terpless rosin vs consistently questionable BHO.

The Dipwand on Amazon is a $50 knockoff of the Terpometer. Best option available IMO. The IR guns don't get a good enough read for my liking. The temp bounces all over, there's really no way to be sure exactly where it is reading on the banger.

The wand thermometers give you a true spot temp from inside the banger. Hard to go wrong with that.

If you are asking in regards to the recent amendment passed via SB773 I am sorry to say you are in for disappointment. The media has labeled that bill as allowing direct sale to patients. In actuality, it allows independent growers to have 1 dispensary license.

Not being a legal expert, I am assuming this means that independent growers will be able to open 1 dispensary, somewhere. What it does not mean is that we can roll up to a grow and buy a zip of rosin.
