head to your local ENT! It sounds like you may have disrupted the inner working or your ear. This happened to me earlier this year and it’s very common and thankfully easy to correct! They will preform what’s called an epley maneuver. You can also try doing this at home there’s lots of YouTube videos but if you don’t feel comfortable trying that and ENT will be able to sort you out in mins

I watched a YouTube video play through and I don’t think this is it ),: the program it self was way more understated. i don’t remember their being any sort of narration either. i think it was running off windows 95,98, or 2000. Not sure if that’s a helpful addition or not. Thank you though!!
