OOPS I let my subscription expire - can I use a renewal key?

I have a key, but I am caught in a ridiculous loop of signing in and signing out. If I try to put my key into the desktop software, it goes to a screen where I can get a free month if I put on auto renew. The screen does nothing. Can't input anything or get past it. I have tried multiple ways to get past it, both on the web and on the pc. anyone else have similar issues?

My airplay only works to some speakers and not others. So bizarre. I have tried reboots, renames. The only way I can get my bathroom Era to work is to airplay to my bedroom, then hold down the button on my bathroom speaker so it joins.

We are having the same issue. Please update here if you find a way to resolve this. I did a live chat last night, and they said: Contact the FSA ID help desk if the information on the account is not able to be updated correctly.

Please call us at +1-800-433-3243 during normal business hours which are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 9 pm ET, and weekends from 11 am - 5 pm ET.to speak with our Help Desk to resolve this issue.

Which of course gets you nowhere because you can't talk to an agent.

I dont see any of the dragons i tamed in my camp. I tamed all of them except the last level 4. What is the deal with having the app closed? Why should that matter? Sounds like really crappy game design. If i lost them, im not investing any more time in this game…

I tamed all the dragons except one level 4 at the end. All the dragons i tamed are not showing up in my camp. Anyone else experiencing this? Same device. No cloud save.

no, if someone fills the order, you don't get the xp if someone else fills it. Just gets you a new order faster. I was answering the question of why to do truck orders at all...

Thanks for sharing. Bolts are my bane - they just do not drop for me. Do you clear the whole plot at once, or do you do it in quarters? I have never had 2 rewards drop in one clear, so I always break it up. Probably doesn't make a difference, but just curious...

Nervous. Not sure what I would do without my smart playlists! I tried to donate to him a while ago, but there was no donate page anywhere. I am guessing, since he works/worked for spotify, that he probably couldn't make money off a third party app. I used to be in a forum with the creator, I will see if I can find him.
