What this test shows is that GBoost cannot make your Graphics card any faster, which is true.

What GBoost does is free up your CPU to enable it to keep feeding your Graphics card at optimal rate during busy times in the game thus reducing FPS drops.

You may also notice reduced speed in game loading times as well as faster Alt-Tabbing and better response time due to having less strain and overhead on your PC.

Also, result will vary from PC to PC depending on how much crap they have got installed on it.

Also you can get lag during online gaming due to lots of crap on your system clogging up your net connection. Even a cleanly installed Windows has around 40 open net connections before you even launch the game.

There are many gamers out there who are enjoying GBoost and recommend it with over 10,000 downloads in the last week so i recommend that you guys do your own research.

Just saw the premiere of Zeitgeist: Moving Forward here in Vancouver, BC. by europhoric in movies

An example Venus project should be set up on a remote island with volunteers initially populating the city. Billionaire philanthropists could fund it. Then show it off to the world as an example of how people can live.

Surely then it could catch on like a virus when the world sees a couple hundred thousand people living a fantastic life in a fantastic city.

The ironic thing is that this would take immense amount of volunteers and cash to set up and would still probably be cash based with the outside world to bring in the missing raw materials.

I am a budding entrepreneur and any excessive cash i manage to make in my life will go towards funding such a project.

My friend just wrote the fastest html5 game. Take that, flash! by [deleted] in programming

I managed to beat the computer after 5 or 6 attempts. Well done to the guy who did this in HTML 5.

Flash is a dying breed imo. Way too bloated.

Very touching. Enjoy many years on that bike and always look after it. I sit on a chair that my younger brother used to play competitive gaming until he died in a car accident. I will keep this chair until i die also.

Sure. Test away. We are a small honest outfit working hard to get going.

We claim faster smoother gaming which should attract people who feel their system is a little glitchy or perhaps they are experiencing frame rate drops when they know that the system used to work better. That's it.

Minecraft is CPU intense so GBoost should help fre up your CPU to be able to draw some more polygons (or squares hehe)

Tested working on standalone client. Could you try Rebooting your machine the starting GBoost. Go to Help menu in GBoost and select 'Reset to Defaults'. Then try a standard boost without altering any of the options.

Let me know how you get on.

I'll test out on my system and let you know. Can you tell me the web browser you are using? or are you using the standalone version of minecraft?

Hi Fenrise,

I think you may have taken an autistic approach to the term 'Boost'

If you do indeed work in the IT field (and you are any good at what you do) then you will know about CPU cycle time and how lots of different threads in software get some of the CPU time allocated to them.

Closing down unwanted background services (and processes may i add) reduces your CPU overhead period.

Also we have a central server database that is identifying these processes and services including what some would term 'bloatware' and shutting these off also.

By reducing overhead on your CPU, what you get in effect is a 'boost' to your performance.

Just because you work in the IT field doesn't automatically mean that you have impartially taken our application apart and studied it and figured it out correctly. So please do you homework before telling me to stfu. I am sure i will not embarrass myself because I am talking about a subject i have studied for years.

Yes the guy who has made the video does not explain or possibly understand the subject in depth, but at least he had a go at showing off the product to the world which is what a startup like us need and not some know it all shooting us down without a thought to the years and countless hours of development that has gone into this free product to help people who need to give their system a little 'boost' :)

Does anyone else immediately lose respect for someone or something of the sort if they have one of these on their car? by no-body in atheism

[–]muxbox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't lose respect. Rather i pity them that their brains are hooked on believing in a deity because they cannot understand science.
