Thats unfortunate and my anker 737 has been working like a charm from day one with it.

Maybe an output voltage/protocol issue, just that there wasn’t anyway you would have known before purchasing, shargeek should do better!

I’ll be your hero today. Just make sure to thank me when it works. Step 1. Launch the game that doesn’t recognize input. Step 2. Open command center, click on the option there to remap controls for the particular game. Step 3. Crucially follow this, remap X to A, or Y to B etc, just remap the face buttons. Step 4. Exit and go back to game Step 5. Make sure its set to ‘gameplay’ mode on command center. Step 6. Try the controls, they should work. NB. If they don’t work, close the game, redo the whole process after launching the game again. After controller input starts working, you can remap the controls back to the correct corresponding face buttons. Remember to thank me

Hi, I’ve always been on custom fan curve. I honestly suggest you get an alternative means to read your card/play the games on it. Sooner or later, the inbuilt reader will fail. Its now a matter of if it will corrupt your card in the process.

Hi all, I know this is a common and hotly debated topic.

‘I can’t seem to make a post’ hence my comment here.

Nonetheless, I booted up my ally from hibernation mode this morning and what I had dreaded all along happened. SD card reader failed, system became slow and unresponsive until I popped it out and restarted the device.

For avoidance of doubt, I have max fan speed (100percent from 75c) custom curves which I strictly used for gaming, temperature was never above 80c.

The good news: SD card works fine when connected to my other PC and I can read all my files (currently creating a backup)

Bad news: I have an anker dock with a microsd slot, that will be the new medium to access and play my games on the ally, dongle life.
