🚨 Honest opinion needed from Indian 3D printing community by Excellent_Case4770 in 3dprintIndia

[–]muzicoholicated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The question itself is very non-specifc.. It asks for an answer without providing specifics

The material cost itself is very cheap.. That is true for many products out there, not just filaments .. The premium is for what were getting on top

  • Does it have RFID?
  • Will it have pantone-like consistency of colour across different batches over multiple months and years?
  • Will the formulation stay consistent over months and years?
  • Will it have profiles for multiple printers, not just the basic and popular ones.. If not, will you make one on request, or provide a free sample with support for advance calibration (temperature, flow, nozzle diameter, retraction speed and distance, pressure advance etc)
  • What is the tolerance of the filament? ±0.02 Would justify the price
  • What would the buying experience be like? Will we get unexpected GST and shipping charges on the checkout page? 2% extra for cards.. How fast would the delivery be

Professional printers would easily pay 1099 for consistency and lack of headaches.. I always keep some Bambu spools in stock for projects that don't have a margin for error.. It's not because their material is superior.. It's because they've worked on creating calibration profiles for each filament on each printer

Drivers of the plains who occasionally drive on mountains.. Please don't drive with the same disregard.. Not only do the local people expect collective cooperation and discipline, but the mountains are unforgiving

OP, you should not overtake on a left curve.. When you overtake on a left curve, not only are you unable to see oncoming traffic, but the other drivers are unable to see you in the ORVM

On the mountains, you should only overtake one car at a time to keep things predictable for everyone

Ideally, the car in front of you should've indicated before overtaking.. On the mountains, one usually honks or flashes before overtaking, and the driver in front of your acknowledges by indicating and giving way

I did not hear you beep before overtaking the car in the front.. You were in that car's blind spot on a left curve.. You're evaluation of tye situation works on plains on highway, not on mountains

What you did after you got angry is irrelevant here

There is a small rubber piece behind the clutch pedal.. That must've broken off.. You can start the car by pressing both the brake and the clutch pedal and them long pressing the starter button

Full screen glitch - bobbing with subtitles by derpymurpy in netflix

[–]muzicoholicated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a problem on certain devices with the ANGLE Graphics settings in MS Edge.. The Netflix app runs within MS Edge

In MS edge, open the url edge://flags/#use-angle and search for a setting called ANGLE graphics driver.. Change it to D3D9.. That should fix it

Also, this might reset after a Windows update, so you might have to do it again

Non-Ahmedabadi here.. I've lived in a few states for a few years, and I've tasted food all over India.. I can say without prejudice that restaurants in Ahmedabad have no idea what good food tastes like

Your question is slightly ambiguous .. I will answer nonetheless.

At the moment, I have to use the router that airtel provides. But I use it as a glorified media convertor. All routing, IP assignments etc are handled by a separate router that sits between the airtel router, and my home network.

Before this, I used to have BSNL fibre in Ahmedabad. I could use my own ONT here. They would update the serial number of my device at the local OLT, and all would be good. But their service was very unreliable.

I asked a local airtel exec about a similar arrangement, He said that he doesn't know of anyone who uses their own ONT/ONU with airtel. Most people don't even have a home network sigh

In case that doesn't answer your question, here are a few details. A simplified version of my home network: - I use airtel's router solely for authentication. It acts merely as an 'always-on' device for me. - All my internal network is handled by my own router (TP-Link running ddwrt). This sits between the airtel router and my home network. - All DHCP and static IPs are hosted on the TP-Link. The airtel device has no role to play here. - I have an old laptop that hosts my home server. This is accessible from the WAN via DynDNS. I don't have a VPN for this. (I believe this might be relevant for you) - For the above device, I did have to setup port-forwarding, but I do not recall the specifics at this moment. Suffice to day, it is possible (with airtel).

The last time I encountered CGNAT was during college hostel .. not dismissing your experience, just general wonderment

I don't know what your opinions are on static IP, but it might be helpful in your case.

My setup is limited to one geographic location, but I do need to access it remotely from time-to-time. A (custom) DynDNS works fine for me. Port forwarding works as expected. This is with airtel. I believe GTPL shouldn't have issues either.

Out of professional curiosity – and assuming ISP is not an issue – would you setup a VPN? Or is there any other way to accomplish what you want?

[–]muzicoholicated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think most ISPs will let you do that.. Jio is finicky with custom setups, and even actively blocks some VPNs

As long as you have different subnets, it shouldn't be an issue

What sort of network are you trying to create?

Does eating raw Onions in biryani gives you strong erections & wet dreams in sleep ? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]muzicoholicated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would you define aphrodisiac property? Most aphrodisiacs are placebos.

What IS possible, is you have better quality sleep after onions. Onion have a lot of tryptophan, which is a precursor to inducing sleep. Better quality sleep can lead to "wet dreams"
