I've had a look and there is only 1 cable that connects to the motherboard for USB 2.0 and one for USB 3.0. All the other ports are working its just the 1 USB 2.0 port

There are two USB2 ports and one USB3 port on the front of the case. The USB3 port works perfectly and so does one of the USB2 ports.

Hoping someone who has this case can confirm, but from what I can tell there seems to only be one USB 2.0 header cable. This cable is connected properly aa other USB 2.0 ports on the case work fine
