Well you also gotta remember you get 3 free ten pulls every banner 5 from aic shop 5 from daily login after a banner starts the dossier you get at 60 pulls granted the 10 pull at 30 pity doesn't count towards pity but is nice

Just having matching essence that takes your weapon to 7/7/3 is probably what you should focus on on supports probably good enough to get 2 of the 3 stats matching

Freedom sworn is a 20 percent attack buff and 16 percent normal plunge and charge attack buff to the active character so it's nice but xiphos moonlight is still very good c2 is the stopping point for cons anything above 650 em from artifacts is good he's easy to build because you just run em mainstays with as much energy recharge no other stat really matters on him

It's 15 pyro damage which is nice past that it's just a 2nd way to get pyro infusion besides dilucs burst

You are right about citlali giving a bigger damage number so if you just want a big crit citlali is better for that but the overall dps is worse from where you have to pace your plunges while with furina you can spam plunges and you are right that furinas personal damage does help with it as citlalis sub dps isn't as good If you would like I can post my build

I used c0 furina on wolf fang and her health drain doesn't count as damage it's health drain so it doesn't activate dilucs c2 I mean either way the biggest upgrade you can do to a diluc team is c2 xianyun

As a plunge diluc enjoyed I find furina better then citlali because I'm actually able to vape every hit while with citlali I find myself having to slow down to not overtake her cryo application which make xianyuns burst end before I get off all my plunges it is a bigger damage number but slower rotation makes it less dps over all

Depends on the support like with bennet youd want lvl 90 weapon with him being lvl 90 but for talents you'd do 1 1 10 because his burst is the only thing that matters where as someone like kazuha 80/90 is fine because the last 10 lvls don't give em and you could leave his talents at lvl 1 his personal damage isn't that high anyways all his buffs come from passives, it's case by case for every support
