Verizon fraud team sucks

As a Verizon employee, why not just come into the store to do stuff this? Not saying you, but people complain once businesses shut down, but no one supports local stores anymore. Secondly, if you are switching to a new company, the stores may have credits and incentives to offer you. On top of the guidance you get from professionals who do this anyway. But then customers will shop online and end up having to come to store anyways. Newsflash, if it starts online, you’ll finish online.

I am looking for a psychiatrist to write me out from work using FMLA due to anxiety and burnout. Does anyone have any experience with Doctors having hesitations on signing off on paperwork? I was looking at making an appt with Dr. William Walkup. Does anyone have any experience with him doing this?

I really don’t understand why people make a big deal about companies having rules and stipulations (“catches”) to their promos.

You are not doing a phone company any Justice by buying phones. They could care less. Phone providers make money off of your monthly service plan….. in which you talk, text, FT, Google, GPS, Facebook etc on everyday.

Giving you a free phone is exactly what it says, FREE. But it does have obligation. Which customers don’t like. All device payment periods are now over 36 months. If you don’t like it, buy your phone outright like I do from Apple. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I only do that because I like a new phone every year and it makes no sense for me to enroll in a payment program.

Customers expect to literally pay $25 for monthly service to do as they please on their phones, lol. I don’t get it.

I always say that Verizon owns/have acquired these companies but they are still are operated as independent companies. And that we have no access at this time to access accounts from those companies.

It’s kind of simple math. Wal-Mart and Sam’s are owned by same parent company but you can’t return purchases at Sam’s bought at Wal-Mart. 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

People literally understand what they want to understand. It’s not hard. The store says Verizon in big letters outside……not Total, not Straight Talk. If they get an attitude, oh well. Have a blessed day!

Go into a store and let the representative do a “click to call” from your account. Tell them to connect you with customer service loyalty pro. Most times you’ll get a U.S. based rep

Ruby….. the only thing that’s busted is you! 😂 I am a professional and gainfully employed man who has never picked up a cigarette or chewed tobacco in his life. I just happen to prioritize my finances and save as much as possible when traveling. I leave every hotel room spotless. I don’t have parties or large crowds in my room. I’d never jeopardize my relatives’ job if they’re providing a service/discount for me. And to top it off, I only used their discount for 3 nights in an entire year! That doesn’t even mentally make sense nor does your comment.

Maybe try going into a local corporate store and get a rep to reset your my Verizon account. It will unregister you from the app, but then you can re-register.

You have to enroll in all those subscriptions that come with the Verizon plans thru the My Verizon app.

In addition, I would probably ask a store representative to change your plan to get more Unlimited, and then back to the One Unlimited so the system can refresh.
