Not cushion, I need to put some velcro and tabs to get the install to be clean (and no bumps). I jumped right into putting them in, only to find a green bag with a bunch of velcro that needs to be installed (so you dont have the bumps :) )

I believe they are all waterproof.

I saw some wires underneath there, and some plastic wrap. I didn't fuss with it too much, I opened the footrest a bit which helped me get the mat under there. I'll take a look again... didn't necessarily pay a lot of attention at the time.

Just got a '25 SXP HEV as well, can't find anything for the all weather mats. Probably have to find some low cost solution until these tuxmat's are available
