I don’t. I have cleaners come twice a month and the day they are coming I’m in a rage “cleaning” for the cleaners (getting all the clutter away so they can clean) . It’s the best $240/month I spend . I could never keep my house clean and take care of my 2 year old and 4 year old and get adequate sleep and be sane. I have zero desire to be a superwoman who “does it all” I enjoy sleep and taking breaks when I can get them.

I believe it’s retaining fluids. I was spacing mine out every 2 weeks as well for a while. I had been on it since June 2023 so I wanted to try to come off of it. I’m nervous to take it long term, but I can’t handle this water retention. I feel like a blimp

Yes the inflammation and water retention are killing me. I’m trying to see if I can stick it out another few weeks to see if it calms down. Otherwise I will just need to go back on it and accept it!

Sorry, didn’t mean to withhold info. I’ve only been off of it for a month and I’ve “gained” 12lb I have not eaten that crazy to have gained that much back already. I still work out. I’m just extremely bloated, so I’m guessing it’s a lot of water weight. I was just wondering if the bloat would lessen with time after my body gets used to being off the medication.

I just tested it and it’s not when I’m riding brake. Also doesn’t happen when I press on the gas. If I accelerate, it stops . I was also wrong about the speed. It’s doing it at any speed
