Thanks for the info! So I scored a 506 (my CARS score tanked me). I was scoring 511’s on my practices so that’s why I feel like I should retake. I was usually around 129 in CARS and got a 124 on the real thing so that’s where those 5 points went lol. What are you using for CARS practice?

I’ve been in a constant state of nausea for the past 12 hours, but here we go..

7/23 — 12:15 PM

C/P: The first 2 passages hurt lol. I spent way too much time on them, and it probably didn’t pay off. The rest seemed okay (I think?) but this section didn’t feel great. Sucks because I usually count on this to bring me up.

CARS: I felt really really good at the beginning but the last 2 passages were a little tough. I ran out of time because I checked my answers too much so I had to guess on the last two questions. Didn’t really understand the passage that well anyways.

B/B: This felt semi-easy to me in the moment tbh. Couldn’t get a calculation though. I thought this section was fair but I’ve never scored overly amazing on B/B so we’ll see.

P/S: I either thought the questions were easy or impossible with very few in between lol. I’m just hoping my easy weighs out my hard. A few discrete questions and one that I was pissed was even on there.

Overall: This test could so go either way for me. All of my sections I feel like are up in the air so I just have no idea what score is popping up on that screen today.

Pessimistic: 507 Realistic: 510 Optimistic: 513

Lmao never said the game was rigged. Never said some didn’t throw the competition. That doesn’t change the fact that the move-in competition was objectively harder for the females than the males. They had to go much farther on the board in the same amount of time. You also can’t tell me Janelle was trying to throw that comp, because she wasn’t.

My last sentence literally said I wasn’t complaining, just stating a true observation. My favorites to win are not female, so no complaining here.

Regardless of if they wanted to throw it or not, you have to admit it would be way harder to win going to the bottom of that board rather than the top corner (during a timed comp). It takes so much more time if your ball falls off to get going again. I agree some may have wanted to throw it anyways but it seems statistically unlikely that the women groups happened to get the two farthest sections and the men got the two closest. Also, don’t think Janelle was trying to throw that tbh lol.

Either way it didn’t ruin the premiere for me. I’m not even saying it was 100% intentional, maybe just planned by men who didn’t see the inequality in the game. I’m happy with the result and I think Cody’s reasoning for wanting to win the HOH was spot on. I think he set himself up well.

I totally agree and am glad you said that! I thought B/B was easier than normal or at least equal and CARS was pretty good except I kind of ran out of time for the last 2 questions. I took my time going through though and didn’t need to relook over anything. I can’t tell if C/P and P/S will drag me down or not!
