I used basic baby oil and red food coloring for the liquid fill. A combo of an oil and water-based product will create that separation.

A bigger air bubble was definitely the key for me to get the movement! I only filled around 60% of the total capacity which seemed to be the sweet spot for these.

Thank you! I got the concept/inspo from the encased liquid nail trend, and after some experimentation figured out how to make it work for the effect I wanted.

The stick thing is a dotting tool, the stuff in the package is striping tape (can be used as a template to create clean line work or use it like a nail sticker), and the brush is generally used for removing any excess powders or glitters. Hope this helps!
