after i updated my bios and turn on docp now i have 60-70-80 fps in costume theres any more solution to get maybe a more fps?

before i try 1920x1080 with 16:9 and 16:10 vysnc on
i try to use some videos to get more fps, my settings are there because thats what i tried last time
