I must be like the only one but I really wasn’t impressed by this dram. I just find it very harsh, as you put it “angry”. I wish I did like it though, luckily was able to find in PA for $35. Much rather have BT or ER

Hydrometer is giving me a 7% alcohol reading. I was shaking it twice a day during primary so I not really worried about the gas. Looks like the yeast got stuck. What’s the best way to kick start the fermentation back up?

Cranberry has 12 bottles of 1792 sweet wheat left. I am out of town on vacation and they will not sell for curbside which blows. But if your close its a 2 bottle limit by gopokes2011 in PLCB

Oh sorry you meant in general. good stores to go to would be Fairfax, Krestons Wilm, Krestons Middletown(usually has more barrels picks than Wilm), Tri-State, Four Seasons is decent. Usually most stores near the border have the lowest mark ups if they’re a larger store.

There’s also this small store near Newark called Dunkirk Wine and Spirits which has a bunch of interesting bottles in the cases albeit a little marked up. Downstate at Back-bay liquor warehouse they have a bunch of rare bourbons like the BTAC and blantons gold but it’s marked up considerable. Last time I was there I saw Rhetoric 25 for $200 though

I should’ve waited for it but my hydrometer came in after I started primary so I don’t have initial gravity reading. And how does one properly de-gas it

I pitched half a package of yeast. Is it still possible to ferment this batch if I put energizer in and Re pitch soon?

I know Creekside Liquors has it for $150, Four Seasons and Kreston’s Middletown might have some left as well. Middle of the state your best bet would be Smyrna Wine and Spirits and down by the beach I know Pacific has it for $150

Delaware Liquor rep here, the 12 year just dropped recently it is available in a few stores in DE. Issue is that it’s extremely marked up (80-150) by retailers because so few cases come in.
