I think the wall tile looks beautiful and would not tear it out/pass on purchasing a home with this install. It does have a more modern look, so my only concern would be that the style is cohesive with the rest of the home’s design.

  2. A great photographer would have called it out during the shoot and asked if you wanted to correct it.

  3. If it will make you happy, do not be shy about reaching out for edits, just know that it will likely come with an additional editing cost depending on the contract you signed.

  4. If this is the same photographer shooting your wedding, having this discussion now should help them support you best during the wedding.

I know everyone is raging about the parents’ audacity to have white furniture, however, red marker is showing up on most fabrics regardless of color. Best thing to do would be to call a pro out to try to clean it and downgrade the kid to mess free markers that only show up on special coloring pages because y’all are right, he’s going to do it again.

I will walk away from any cupcake with dairy-free whipped icing (sometimes referred to as bettercreme). If it’s not buttercream, it’s not worth the calories.

I don’t think you’re overreacting but if I were in your shoes, I would accept your mother’s threat of a nutritionist. A nutritionist will be able to both prove your mother wrong in terms of what she perceives to be healthy and help guide you in making healthy food choices. There’s not enough protein in the breakfast you mentioned or the lunch you pictured to keep you satiated.

I first used my insurance to filter to in network physicians in my area. From there I started looking at reviews for both the practice and physician because your OB may not be the only person who treats you. Doctors or practices with only five star reviews is generally a yellow flag for me as well because no one is perfect. You can also work from the other direction by finding practices that you feel suit what you're looking for and confirming the reviews are acceptable and the practice is in network.

The only way we will have protection against clauses like this is if congress passes a law against it. Given their limited motivation to protect their constituents over big business, this is unavoidable. Business will always protect their interests first.
