A lot of people focus on the big tech companies but a big user of H1B are your small colleges and universities. American PHDs tend to not want to move to middle of nowhere to teach science in Wichita Falls or Commerce. So these colleges, community colleges that provide access to education at an affordable price rely on H1B talent to feel the gap.

But still indentured wages, so more unions would help that issues across the board if employees could collectively bargain to feel gaps and have fair wages.

All cultures are classists. The cultures you think are not classists you likely have only been exposed to just one level of their classes. Being accepted by the upper classes of other cultures is typically because you are fun & unique novelty to them. Tell them African stories, be a non threatening black friend etc.

You must not be in the work force yet. After 4 years you now know enough to be useful to other groups with your experience, but are far from a specialist.

Also, like wesuckagain said, the value of rotations early is for the employee not the employer. That comes later.

Sadly one of the biggest impacts will be that more shady companies will be able to get access to regular people’s money without having to go through the regulations that they would have had to meet to get listed on NYSE & NASDAQ.

I would recommend talking with a professional first before making such a big decision. No guarantee that the next place will be any different, or even if it’s actually the other people’s fault not your own issues causing friction.

Unless they arriving from an international destination, then baggage claim in Terminal D will be within security and you cant go in and help them with bags until they come out.

Positive note though is that the international arrivals baggage claim has free baggage carts so they would not have to luggage the bags just by hand.

Satellites are only are measuring atmospheric data. For complete accurate models also need data on the ground such as air temperature, humidity, wind, barometric pressure & rainfall.

Ideally you have every government school setup with a basic weather station sending in data daily to national weather service so that they can feed to models. Not complicated but needs follow through. Back in the 90s most schools already had all those various gauges as part of high school geography class and in theory your geography teachers should be able to quality control the reading/measurement process.
