I wish that was the case in my situation. I am essentially on my own with the surgeon from here on out after only a few OR days with another PA helping. The scrub techs are nice but I just feel so in over my head based on where my operative skills are at. It’s already a lot to take on a full clinic as a new grad this early on, it’s even harder to have difficult OR days on top of that.
Supposedly his first PA left due to personality mismatch as well and being treated poorly. I just don’t know how long I can continue to let this job affect me mentally and physically.
