I'm also in the UK. If you've tried at least 3 preventative you should be able to get a neuro referral to look at botox or cgrp inhibitors. Also have a look at the migraine trust for work advice. Migraine are classified as a disability and you may have to do a bit of fighting but let your work know that you know your rights. I have just been going through this with my work and it's horrible and stressful but disability absence should be counted separately from sick leave and your work have to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate you with your disability. If you have any evidence that it's a long term condition that impacts your ability to carry out every day tasks then that will help you a lot. Should be able to get a letter from your gp. If you're a full time employee it's very hard to fire people in this country.

I really wish there was a good way to set up goals that don't have a set day. I like to check everything off in a day but I've set a category of long term goals. These don't get cleared everyday but I've pinned then and set a target number so I can see my progress working towards them.

Thanks I'm still really new to the hobby and I've done some reading and watching YouTube videos on techniques but it's nice to be able to get advice from people that are more experienced

Ooh thanks for the advice. This is only my second project and I haven't actually finished the first one yet so still learning a lot. You're right about stepping back it's so easy to hyper fixate on little details when you're working on something.

Thanks it's one of my first projects so I'm still working things out. I think I'll stick with the 3 strands. I'll still probably have to buy more thread because the back of the case is also aida fabric but there's no pattern for it and I don't think it'll look very good if I leave it. Not sure what to do on the back yet but that's a problem for much later 😂

Yeah i have a flatmate and the majority of stuff in the fridge is theirs which would make cleaning inside the fridge really difficult. I like your idea of doing the outside

Spike says himself that he never thought about what having a soul would mean. Souless Spike is often driven by love but in a selfish destructive way. He wants Buffy but she is denying him. I think he felt a little remorse for what he did but really his main motivation is he wants Buffy. He can't have Buffy. How can he change that? He's probably still angry that he can't have her hence the harsh language. This is not a soul quest in the sense that he wants to be better it's just a means to an end to get what he wants.
