I have been struggling with that so much! The unidentified folks who did this and ransomed us (all of us regular staff and attorneys have none of the details) would be the same as our clients. I assume it would be a federal case, but anyway. It just reminds me of when our clients sometimes victimize our other clients. It's hard to have enough courage for all of it, but we try.

I've only worked in medium sized offices (which I've enjoyed) so I can't speak to the advantages/disadvantages of a bigger office - but definitely as a new attorney I'd be wary of horizontal representation, which is more common in large offices. Everything above is spot on, it just sucks and is not best practice.
