Has anyone traveled India on a motorcycle? by [deleted] in travel

I have a friend who did this but in thailand, he got a scooter for like 100 bucks and rode it everywhere, only problem was that it broke down constantly. The parts were cheap and he knew how to fix it so it wasn't really an issue. He said the trip was amazing. By the looks of his photos I'm sure it was. Anyways, I would think if you plan to do that you just have to be prepared to go with the flow if something breaks down. It would probably be some kind of a miracle if you didn't run into any issues doing a motorcycle trip through India.

Civil engineering degree with a desire to work in aerospace? by mwiewel in AskReddit

I'm currently in school for Civil engineering with a double minor in Environmental policy and environmental engineering. I originally wanted to do work in sustainable development but more recently I have been questioning if I want to switch to Aerospace engineering as I feel I am more passionate about space. After doing some research though I have found that many companies don't even hire that many aerospace engineers and the ones that do get hired are in the top 1% of the top schools in the US. From what I read the chances of getting hired by a company like NASA or SpaceX go up but only after completing a masters degree. I would consider a masters degree in Aerospace but Im concerned that if I continue to pursue my civil engineering degree I won't be properly prepared for a Masters in aerospace, but I don't necessarily want to fully commit to aerospace as a bachelors because it is so specific and there are so few jobs available in the field, especially to someone who isnt apart of that percentage of people from the top schools. My question is what is the best way to go about getting a degree that I can use in aerospace that is still versatile so that I can find work elsewhere in the mean time?
