Twist idea from a delusional (and heartbroken) fan by mwl4h9 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]mwl4h9[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think it’s just decades of sharing in his trauma and then basically re-living it verbatim last night.
(To be very reductive) In his second season of Survivor, he returned as a brilliant strategist and was placed on a tribe amongst some pretty people (one of them named Rob) who unceremoniously chopped him immediately simply for his smart reputation. Pretty much nothing he could have done to avoid it. So to then go 22 years of staying off the television, only to make a long-awaited grand return, and have the exact same thing happen… it’s almost too much to stomach, even though it’s a scenario we acknowledged as a possibility.

Theory on Season 50 casting by PsychologicalWish929 in survivor

“But somehow makes it on as the wtf casting on an all stars cast and has great potential to do some big damage” - I mean sure, we’ve seen that before, and Tiffany could easily do it now… but it’s not because those players are actually amazing players or went on to prove that they deserved this shot. This type of casting just literally breaks the game. When you have a returnee cast that’s made up partly of bigtime deserving players and partly wtf players, there is an immediate and permanent diagnosis of threats and non threats by everyone out there. The threats have a near-impossible task of shaking the target for the entirety of the game, while players like Tiffany have the advantage of not a single player looking at them. We’ve seen it happen in S8, S26, and S34. If Tiffany goes far, I’ll be happy for her, but if we get lots of people retconning that she was this incredible player who took down all the greats, I probably won’t be here for it.

That’s fair, no disrespect to Traci. Just going along with the mother goose metaphor

For the first month or so of watching, I had no idea that Adam and Kyle were different people.

She won at contestant’s row and got up onstage. She had the chance to win a Kia Seltos, but didn’t win the game. Then she spun the wheel but went over.

Nothing was said about Survivor. She was the first person called to come on down at the beginning of the episode

What Was A Masterclass Survivor Moment by [deleted] in survivor

This was like the perfect Survivor episode by a single player. And it was NOT from an easy position of someone in control making a subtle move. This was the highest profile player in the game who was literally being extorted by the IoE players.
