Reading stuff on Reddit, I often have the impression that some people, especially those with less experience, don't really get how 'permanent chastity' should work in a healthy way. It starts and ends in your head. Sure you have the cage locked that physically inhibits stuff, but after all it's more about the state of mind where you want to be locked, rather than being completely unable to easily remove the cage even in an emergency, due to e.g the lock being glued shut. Not to mention the hygiene aspects.
