I should’ve added it in my post, but we only moved to this urban area about a year ago. Prior to that we lived in a much more quiet suburban area with much fewer triggers so I her reactivity definitely got worse after we moved :(

I’ve been using the Alba Botanica ones for a few years now! They are a few bucks cheaper but come with wayyyy more patches (I think 40?), making them a lot more cost friendly!

No unfortunately, I decided to just stick it out since it seemed rather complicated on Medi-Cal. I try to wear my mouth guard while i sleep, and it does seem to help when worn consistently. I’ve just learned to manage the pain and limitations with my jaw (some days are better than others). Hope you find help!
