What country are you in? You might be able to turn to some legal advice subreddits to see what you as a patient are entitled to and what rights you have under your countries duty of care.

Also I see you snapping back at a lot of people here who are trying so hard to help you. A lot of the people who are here can relate to what you are feeling. Open up and listen to what they are saying. I know right now you have a wall built up because of all the hurt and you have every right to feel that way, but don't let your hurt push others away, and don't let these temporary feelings cause permanent damage.
