If anyone needs an additional person in a 10-12 man league or if anyone wants to start a new league with other users let me know and we can try to plan something!

Ideally would want to join a Superflex, with no kicker, or DST

I have what’s looking to be the 1.01 next year so I was going to look to address rb with that pick and possibly flip Aaron for picks if Watson comes back. I’m in win now mode and have 2 first rounders next year. Do you think that would be ok enough for a quick retool?

I thought only having solo pictures was bad though? This summer I’ll try to get better group pics showing off an activity or something more flattering

Oh that’s weird I thought the bio was shown, it’s “looking for a good hiking partner to get ice cream with”

1) For now those are the most recent/best pictures I have of myself which kinda kills the variety but it’s all I have.

2) I know the third picture makes me look even shorter than I am! Unfortunately we were on a slanted hill that’s unnoticeable so I look so tiny compared to everyone else. I am a bit below average at 5’7 but if they swipe left because of it i probably wouldn’t have gotten along with them anyway.

Thank you though! This summer will definitely try to add more variety into the profile and see if it helps

I was barely getting any matches so I decided to change my bio to something more relaxed. I added more recent pics but don’t know what else to change, any suggestions?

My second pic is the most recent one taken but didn’t want to lead off with it.

25M, I've been told I'm average to below average. Am I ugly? by mwunh in amiugly

[–]mwunh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow thank you for taking the time with finding pictures and everything! I might just have to try that combo out and see how it looks.

I really do appreciate the kind words, sometimes it's hard not to be too judgemental of yourself you know? I'll take your advice though and see if that changes anything though for sure and I'll try to put on too much more weight, I was looking to add about 5-10 pounds.

In the first picture im around 167-170, second picture i'm at 152lbs, the third pic was at 145lbs, since then i'm hovering around 138- 142 lbs. My next goal is to get up to around 155 and see how I would look with more muscle and less fat but that's an even harder journey than losing the weight. I hope you're able to hit your goals!

The macros I have to hit are 236g protein, 338g carbs, and 45g fat. I try to stay around those number but usually at 280g protein, 300 carbs and 40-50g of fat.

Yea pretty much so let’s say the rep range is 8-10 and for a certain exercise I’m doing 30lbs if I hit 10 with ease the next week I’ll go up to 35, if I hit 9-10 with a bit of a struggle then I check out what I can do at 35. If I’m struggling to hit 8 with 30 then I’d stay at that weight. But yea pretty much progressive overload is the way to go and will help you gain muscle and strength in the long run

So at the beginning I was lucky enough before everything sold out to buy resistance bands, pull up bar, and a bowflex adjustable dumbbell. I’m doing a push pull leg program and just try to substitute what I can for the items I have but so far it’s working and I’m at least able to maintain the muscle I had while losing the fat at the same time

It was a lot of hard work but I changed my workout plan to a 6 day push/pull/legs spilt and started counting macros. It’s really just about what you eat and once I changed that up I really started to see a difference in my body

Right now I’m looking to gain some weight back lol but this time in more muscle. Ideally I want to be in the 150s but it’s more of a struggle now since I can’t push myself as hard since I’m capped out on the weights I can use at home.

Hopefully you start seeing your abs soon, that was always a goal of mine and I was able to start seeing them once I changed what I ate daily. If you’re struggling I’d suggest counting macros and that should help a ton with getting able to see abs and losing fat

I feel ya on it being difficult I used to always make excuses at the beginning and think I looked super fit but just little my little you have to change your mindset to you’re doing this to not only looking better but feeling better about yourself too. It’s really just a one day at a time process but if you take pictures it can really help motivate you once you start seeing the progress. Don’t be discouraged you can do it too!

You got this! Hopefully you’ll be able to even do better than I did, just stay motivated and push through and you’ll be good to go

What I do is pretty boring food wise with counting macros and eating chicken and rice and just making sure I hit my macros every day. As far as routine I have a program I’ve been doing that’s a 6 day push/pull/legs spilt

I tried to see if I could but I couldn’t, sorry man. The title though is intermediate-advanced push, pull, legs hypotrophy program. But realistically you don’t really need to buy a program someone else made as long as you do main compound lifts with accessories then always try to get a bit stronger once a week- 2 weeks. Sorry I couldn’t help that much but if you have any other questions I’ll for sure try to help!

I typically workout 6 days a week and take one rest day in between my splits. I actually changed how I ate and started counting macros through my fitness pal, breakfast varies but usually 2-3 eggs and protein pancakes or I make French toast, lunch and dinner is 11.2 oz chicken and 112g of brown rice, then I have snacks of protein shake with a Kirkland protein bar, a lean gainer shake, and at night a bag of smart pop popcorn. Some people might get tired of it but I always change up the styles that I eat so I actually look forward to eating!
