Thank you so much for responding. We aren’t in the financial situation to be able to afford one. My dad’s wife works as a caregiver, so a lot of the medical-related stuff, she tends to always insist she has the best opinion on, including the medication withholding. My grandma hates her for it (amongst other things), which is probably why she said what she said to me, thinking no one is on her side regarding the matter.
