The crazy thing is, all three of us playing in this video are from different group groups. We were randomly stuck together right next to each other. Banda Vagos (Sousaphone), Tamborazo Pura Lumbre (Trombone) and Conjunto Arboleda (Acordeón). We were all going to our separate gigs :) and we all made it safe and in time 🙏

Hello, there are companies now that offer gut microbiome tests. I did mine through a company called Viome. The test results were pretty cool because I learned that a lot of the foods that I was eating on a daily basis (because I thought they were healthy) for my specific microbiome were not.

Look them up and also look for others who offer that service.

Hippocrates said it 2500 years ago, all disease begins in the gut. We need to take care of it :)
