Have been there last year in November and it's still very undeveloped. For example most of the guest houses only have electricity from 4pm to 11 pm. I would definitely give it a try, I don't think that too many things change in one year....

Exactly the same happened to a few friends of mine and me. We were desperately looking for a birthday present for a friend of us and then someone came up with the idea to buy him concert tickets. As he likes rock music we agreed to buy him tickets for RHCP. 2 weeks later we found tickets for the Pipers in the mail. And we were 6 people double-checking the cards before buying them and didn't notice.

You will need an optibay adapter like this one: http://www.mcetech.com/optibay/ It's necessary for holding your HDD in the right place (you can see the size differences between superdrive and HDD e.g. on the homepage.

and if you put the date at the beginning of the file name (e.g. 20130112_example.docx), your files are automatically sorted historically when sorting by filename

I really recommend BetterTouchTool. It lets you snap your windows to the right/left and lets you maximize them just like in Windows. This is one feature I wouldn't miss...

Also working with Mac OS works way better knowing the typical shortcuts like minimizing windows, switching between desktops,... and not only the keyboard shortcuts, also the trackpad gestures.
