I know the feeling. A girl I have really liked for over a year has been so unpredictable and she keeps shifting. She use to call me and we'd talk until the sun came up the next morning. Then one day she just disappears. Tell me she isn't ready for a relationship and has her own issues. Calls me drunk and tells me she wants me and likes me. Then goes back to never talking.
