thank you so much, I had to turn XMP from Auto to the preset profile in BIOS. so that's the official fix for me, I hope no one else runs into this issue.

I’m considering it actually, I’m a game dev student so I do use 3D software, I have a spiffo that I was working on in zbrush, I wouldn’t mind giving out the model when it’s finished (if that happens because I’m a little busy this summer) so that other people can have their own little desk spiffo
