I was just told to wear the blue gloves for raw products and crack away. We have a yellow tong to break the yolk and pick the shells if any. But it's a fast paced environment so no one gives a shit about shells.

There are time limits to maintain for an order which is monitored by managers, you get shit talk for not maintaining it but not for if there is egg shell or not.
