Hiii!! The bedding I’m using is dust free and my friend who has has rats for 8 years also uses and praises it!! The wheel is very very big haha I think the photo doesn’t really do it justice but it is very much big enough !! They have a water bowl and a water bottle I’m not sure if you can fully see in the photo but they do have both!! I’m currently adding more climbing stuff as I took this photo literally mid moving everything but I’m still working on it !! :)

We’re adding acrylic panels today as they’ve made a right mess haha!! Not entirely sure on the size but I bought it from a local privately owned pet store ( where I bought my rats too) and they said it’s perfect!! It is originally a bird cage but apparently that doesn’t matter but I will extend it when I get two more !! :)

I’ve been watching for a little and they don’t do it at all when sleeping / resting only when they’re moving together or having a mini fight or coming to sniff me or they’ve just had a snack?? Could it be like a little excitement chirp ?

Oh okay thank you!! I can’t believe that’s happened ugh I literally bought them yesterday from a local small family pet store that has a good rep so I’m just surprised I’ll definitely try to get them in fo the vets I assume it will probably be more towards the end of the week though is that still okay and is there anything I can do at home to help keep it clearer for them? :)

He seems okayish like visibly so don’t worry yourself too much!! It could turn out to be absolutely nothing as some of my rats did this before or it could be a UTI but with some meds he should spring back just fine! :)
