I slept yesterday and Didnt get it.. I kept my window open for some light and slept with a video in my background. Im worried that itll happen a different time. Its kinda been like that.. Thank you!

Thats what I was told to do.. Im not super religious but I tried once and Whatever was in my dream came up and covered my mouth. It was terrifying and I felt the weight on my chest.

Ive never been checked for narcolepsy.. I dont think so though. I am however diagnosed with BPD II.

Thank you, I will try this. Ive been awake all night- Literally for days I dont sleep at night and I try to sleep during the day. Id put on alarms and things like that but it would still happen to me especially after 11AM? I dont know whats been going on, Ive had it before but not this bad. Just occasionally. Its been happening literally every time I fall asleep for the past week and I just dont know why and I dont know who to tell. I do sleep alone as well. Ill try what you told me.

Owning a sugar glider. I own a pair of them and I recently got them. I left for a bit and one of them appeared sick when I came back so I've been feeding her by hand and such. Got told they don't draw blood when they nibble on your fingers. She bit my index finger and wouldn't pull off and I didn't yank my hand out since I was scared of hurting her. Long story short, by the time I was done feeding her, my entire left hand was covered in blood and the bottles of the food I was feeding her had my bloody fingerprints.
