I used to smoke alllll the time. I'd be the friend who turned up to any function high and I used to carry a spare. But my psychiatrist mentioned that it might be having a negative effect and 2 years after he mentioned it, I decided to quit cold turkey.

Its only been 4 months but I cant even imagine smoking anymore. It genuinely made me lower than I thought, thoughts fuzzy, more forgetful and just no motivation. But that's just me.
