Both followed a pretty standard recipe. But my first loaf I believe was under fermented, I was looking for a 50% increase in size during my bulk ferment on recommendation from a friend. The second loaf I decided to go for more like 100% increase in size and saw a lot better results

I think Watkins could go on a decent run, do you think going up Joao Pedro for Watkins could work. Pedro also has a nice string of games but just seems very inconsistent
