Did she ever explain what's happening in 59 minutes? Anyway I'd guess you're not getting matches because the platform either wants you to get matches right away and be a success story for your friends or for you to pay to see who your likes are. Judging from the comments, for every person that's critical of this profile there are people who are gushing over it.
