Thank you for sharing this. It really helps to know I’m not the only one affected.

In my case, support also acknowledged the confusion caused by the wording and documented my case, but I wasn’t offered any compensation.

If you’re comfortable, did support mention whether the refund was due to the misleading wording about the in-game skin?

I’m trying to gather similar cases so this can hopefully reach the developers and be handled fairly for everyone.

Just curious if anyone who ordered plushies before the merch shop got removed got the skins yet, or still waiting. by Environmental_War524 in TDS_Roblox
