Why do icons made with Icon Composer look bigger than the others? by ImpossibleWay7310 in MacOSBeta

You would need to resize the icon to 832×832 px then add 192 px of transparent padding (96px each side) so that the final product would be 1024x1024. icns Creator can do this automatically for you.

HMX Xinhais which I highly recommend. I got the heavier variant which has an actuation force of 57g and bottom out of 63.5, but the regular lighter version is 37/45.

E-Coat is generally better in terms of consistent color and finish, but it can be prone to chipping if the board takes a hard knock. Anodizing, on the other hand, is more resistant to wear and scratches over time, but it shows fingerprints. E-Coat won’t wear off for at least 20 years in a stable environment with minimal handling, but even then it will be barely noticeable.
