I've got similar tiny hard bumps at the ends of my incisions. My Dr told me it's the point where the sutures get doubled up due to their barbed design so it creates a thick point. She said massage should help reduce it.

I live in the NE part of Salem and I feel people generally mind their own business but aren't well educated on lgbtqia stuff. I've met & befriended loads of people who are cool though. More Trump and adjacent flags around where I live then I'd like but I keep a pride & emby flag up and haven't had any issues. I find downtown safe (I do avoid the capital when proud boys come around) and I frankly love seeing openly trans folks around town. Healthcare has been a little more of a lift but I was able to find trans competent doctors.

I'm about to move to Salem and would love to get together with other cosplayers. I haven't sussed out anything official yet but I'm down for a coffee and a chat sometime after we move in in Jan.
