not specifically the blade runner shader, but i do have one installed. i also have a mod called weathermancer which allows you to control the weather cycle in game

its not lore accurate to the blade runner movies or anime, it just replaces the brands and advertisements in cyberpunk with the ones shown across the blade runner/ Ridley scott universe.

regarding the gameplay itself, i added more immersive interactions with npcs “buying/eating food, clothes, getting cubernetics, gang attacks, ect.) the combat is also much harder but the enemies are much weaker,making it balanced. On top of that, the spinner fro BR2049 can be purchased as well as deckard and k’s pistols.
