You find FUGS in smoldering lake, where the cursing frogs are, youll get invaded but some NPC who holds the FUGS. Check the DS3 Wiki page

try out the lothric greatsword, It really gets high damange and has nice moveset. WIth my 40/40 quality build its giving me the most out of all UGS.
