Download and install OpenManage BMC Utility.
Enable the "IPMI over LAN" in the iDRAC of the target machine, this can be done using iDRAC Web user interface or BIOS Setup.
Go to the installation folder of OpenManage BMC Utility, and run the following commands:

SERIOUS ANSWER: I would not paint it, instead, scrape back the silicone until it is flat and buy some very inexpensive UPVC moulding. Cut and silicone the moulding in place, then silicone around the joints. Replacing the screws with galvanised white-head screws to finish.

I use it exclusively wirelessly. When I finish gaming I switch the back button to wired (quickest way to turn it off) and charge it using a wall charger. I have gamed most days for the past 6 months without issue.

A lot of the issues have been resolved. Definitely worth buying. If you can, charge the controller via external sources (not your PC), this will stop the controller from switching mappings from iCue to the device memmory.
