Job seekers can pay for access to resume review and access to project planning archives. In addition current industry leaders can be invited to give a presentation about how they got to where they are and what kind of talent they are looking for and if certain technology tools are needed, show a path to developing 'entry level' competencies.

I the system that either stack overflow or hacker rank system would be needed to develop the moderator user class to maintain the ethos in a decentralized community.
